At Siberian Cat LLC, we take pride in raising healthy, well-socialized Siberian cats and kittens. Due to the live and perishable nature of our animals, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure the safety and well-being of our kittens while maintaining fairness for our clients.
1. Refunds and Returns Policy
Because our kittens are live animals, refunds or returns are generally not accepted after the kitten has been delivered to the new owner. All sales are final once a kitten leaves our care.
2. Exceptions for Health or Shipping Issues
Refunds or exchanges may be considered in the following cases:
The kitten is found to have a serious congenital health issue diagnosed within [insert timeframe, e.g., 72 hours] after delivery.
The kitten was shipped incorrectly or injured during transit under circumstances verified by our shipping provider.
All claims must be submitted immediately with supporting documentation, including a veterinarian report if applicable.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before the kitten is delivered or shipped. Once the adoption process has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.
4. Responsibilities of the Buyer
To maintain eligibility for consideration in rare refund cases:
Ensure the kitten receives immediate veterinary attention after delivery.
Provide proper care, nutrition, and environment as recommended by Siberian Cat LLC.
